Readiness is very excited to announce that it has partnered with Life Again, a registered not-for-profit charity and foundation which delivers meaningful preventative and positive mental health programs and cultural education initiatives.

Founded by prominent businessman and former AFL footballer, Gareth Andrews, Life Again’s unique program offerings are designed to support organisations and individuals towards achieving and sustaining positive mental health outcomes. Their programs include mental health first aid and preventative mental health workshops as well as unique Aboriginal Cultural Immersion experiences which have proven to have a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of participants.

Through this partnership, Readiness clients can offer Life Again’s programs to their employees to further extend their internal employee wellbeing program, whilst Life Again will use the Readiness complete wellbeing platform to monitor and assess the wellbeing outcomes of its programs.

“The Readiness complete wellbeing platform already provides our clients with detailed insights into the areas of wellbeing that their employees may be struggling with at either an individual, department or organisational level. Through our partnership with Life Again, we can not only identify those employees who might benefit from further mental health training, but now offer a tailored training solution through Life Again’s range of quality in-person and virtual mental health and cultural education programs.” says Readiness co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Paul Francis.

Importantly, the two organisation’s are aligned in their passion for preventative mental health and providing personalised wellbeing solutions.

“Our guiding principle of ‘No Change Without Understanding’ started with our indigenous programs, but has now evolved to be our focus when delivering our preventative mental health programs. We believe if we want to affect change in an individual’s mental health and wellbeing, then we must fully understand that person. Our partnership with Readiness will allow us to gain valuable insights into the wellbeing of each individual who is taking part in our programs and allow us to monitor the impact of the program’s outcomes.” says Life Again’s Director of Positive Health Programs, Nick Columb.

We welcome Life Again to the Readiness family and we are very excited to be able to offer their innovative programs to our clients.
